TOMBO Workshop was held on the 3rd floor of Kanagawa L-Plaza in the afternoon on May 31, 2025, one day before the main conference of the 11th General Conference of the Asian Consortium on Computational Materials Science (ACCMS-11). About 30 people attended the Workshop and they could have fruitful discussions and questions/answers. The schedule on May 31 was as follows:
15-14:10 “Welcome to TOMBO Tutorial: Introduction to First-Principles Calculations” by Prof. Yoshiyuki Kawazoe at NICHe, Tohoku University.
10-15:00 “Introduction of TOMBO: All-Electron GW Approach using TOMBO for Light Element Doped TiO2” by Dr. Ryoji Sahara at National Institute for Materials Science.
00-15:55 “Non-Adiabatic Excited-State Time-Dependent GW (TDGW) Molecular Dynamics Satisfying Extended Koopmans’ Theorem” by Dr. Aaditya Manjanath at National Institute for Materials Science.
55-16:15 Break
15-18:05 TOMBO Hands-on with the presentations on “Ab Initio MD Simulations using TOMBO” and “New First-Principles Calculations for Initially Excited Eigenstates” by Prof. Kaoru Ohno at Yokohama National University.
05-20:00 Welcome Party for ACCMS-11 in the same room.
